How does the rental service work?
We're building a simple service to help you find a fin to suit your surfing. 1. Browse our catalogue and choose a fin. The minimum rental period is 1 month, maximum is 3 months. 2. Pay the rental fee up front via credit card. We take a deposit which is returned when you return the fins. 3. We ship the fins to you alongside a return package. 4. You surf and enjoy. 5. Return the fins to us or opt to keep them. If you'd like to extend your rental, just drop us a line.
How long does delivery take?
We aim to deliver to anywhere in Europe within a week. As we're a new service building up our stock, delivery might occasionally take a little longer. Please bear with us as we grow!
What countries do you ship to?
We ship to Ireland, the UK, France, Portugal, Spain, Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany, Denmark, Norway, Italy.
How much is shipping?
Shipping (outward and return) is included in the rental price - no extra costs.
Do I have to pay a deposit?
Yes, we take a deposit as security. When we receive the fins back, we credit the deposit back to your card.
What if I want to keep the fins?
Found what you're looking for? Great! Just drop us a message and tell us you want to keep them. Your deposit will cover the balance - it's that simple.
What happens if I damage a rented set?
Accidents happen while surfing, and we understand that. If you accidentally damage fins, please inform us as soon as possible. If the damage goes beyond normal wear and tear, we'll discuss the cost with you. We strongly recommend reviewing our rental agreement for specific terms and appreciate your honesty in reporting any issues.
What if I lose the return envelope?
No stress! Just message us and we'll email you a return label that you can print and attach to any package when returning the fins.
